^{Initial
cost analysis of the project with presentation of a budget cost to clients
requirements with options of reduction / increase of specification as
deemed necessary.}
^{Oversee
final budget / contract sum / form of contract signed between clients and
subcontractors.}
^{Preparation
of a programme of works taking into account lead-time associated with
ordering of materials.}
^{Advise
clients as to appropriate renewable technologies & sustainable
principles that can be implemented in building design aswell as grants
which may be made available for same by SEI Sustainable Energy Ireland.}
^{Advise
clients as to insurance policies available for self build projects with
regard to employer’s liability, public liability and plant and equipment
cover.}
^{Advise
and assist with the appointment of a suitable Health and Safety supervisor as
may be required on site.}
^{Bi-weekly
(or as deemed appropriate) meetings on site/office with clients to discuss
progress of project with regard to timeline, costs and any revisions,
which may be required.}
